Return & refund policy

All orders at ateliersg are made to order and personalised to your specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Defective or damaged items

If your canvas print arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Simply email us at ateliersg001@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order ID
  • A clear photo of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement and send it to you as soon as possible. Please note that replacement orders are subject to the same production lead time of 9–12 working days.

What is not covered

  • Colour variations due to differences in screen display settings
  • Dissatisfaction with photo quality resulting from a low-resolution image submitted by the customer
  • Incorrect size selected at the time of ordering
